About the Role
We are looking for a transformative owner to join our lean, high-impact L&D team. As an Senior Associate, Learning & Development you won't just manage programs, you will be the chief architect and strategic driver of our Early Careers Programs in Canada, ensuring our next generation of talent is equipped to lead in an evolving landscape.
In this role, you will take ownership of our flagship Canadian development streams:
Canada Analyst Development Program (CADP)
Tech Development Program (TDP)
Process Management Development Program (PMDP)
Your mission is to balance flawless execution with a possibilities mindset, continually leveling up these programs to ensure they scale alongside our rapidly growing business. Beyond Early Careers, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting our broader, company-wide L&D agenda.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead the ongoing design, delivery, and management of our Early Careers Development Programs, ensuring they remain high-impact, scalable, and market-disrupting
Translate high-level business priorities into a long-term learning roadmaps anticipating needs and turning them into actionable, high-value opportunities
Design the end-to-end learner journey, from internal marketing and communications to streamlined processes ensuring every associate experiences a premium, cohesive development path
Partner with business sponsors, HR Business Partners, and our US partners to co-create integrated strategies for retaining and developing diverse talent
Consult with leaders to diagnose future development gaps, looking beyond standard training to source or build innovative solutions that drive real results
Assemble and lead cross-functional working groups, ensuring consistency and excellence in program delivery across all departments
Lead high-energy team builds, off-sites, and brainstorming sessions that challenge the status quo and drive team cohesion
Create an exceptional associate experience, planning and leading various social events throughout the year including occasional travel to our US headquarters
Lead facilitation of training and development sessions
Basic Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in Learning and Development or HR
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets to analyze engagement data and draw meaningful conclusions
Ability to create visually compelling communications, slides, and learning materials
Experience in team coaching, psychometrics, and high-level facilitation
You take deep personal accountability for the success of your programs and you see white space as an opportunity to build rather than a barrier
You are a creative problem solver who isn't bound by how it’s always been done. You have a genuine interest in exploring cutting-edge learning approaches
You can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to execute the details, always ensuring the "why" aligns with our vision-first HR and business strategy
A proven track record in Learning and Development and/or HR, spanning Early Careers through to Leadership Development
A strong understanding of process management and a knack for leading teams through organizational change
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise at all levels
Familiarity with emerging technologies and modern learning methodologies is a plus
