    • Medical Services and Supplies

      Benefits include co-insurance for hospital care and coverage for prescription drugs, pharmacy services, and more.

    • Vision Care and Other Services

      Associates have access to coverage for eye exams, purchase and fitting of prescription glasses or elective contact lenses, or elective laser vision correction procedures. Additionally, associates have coverage up to $500 per calendar year for services from Audiologists, Acupuncturists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Physiotherapists and more.

    • Corporate Fitness Program

      Capital One will reimburse 50% of an eligible gym membership up to $300 per calendar year.

    • Associate Stock Purchase Plan

      Administered through eTrade, the plan allows associates to contribute up to 15% of base salary, with company contributions. Associates are eligible as of their first day.

    • Registered Retirement Savings Plan & Associate Savings Plan

      Capital One’s saving plan program consists of two options for Associates, with company matching contributions.

    • Short- and Long-Term Disability

      If approved by Manulife, associates are eligible to receive up to 6 weeks at 100% of their eligible earnings and 20 weeks at 67% of their eligible earnings. Long Term Disability, an associate-paid, non-taxable benefit, covers associates for 66.67% of base salary.

    • Time Off

      Associates receive generous vacation and personal leave benefits.

      • Maternity Leave

        Full-time associates are eligible to receive 100% top-up of eligible earnings for the first 6 weeks, and 75% for the next 20 weeks.

      • Parental Leave

        Full-time associates are eligible to receive 100% top-up of eligible earnings for the first 6 weeks, 75% for the next 6 weeks.

      • Adoption Leave

        Full-time associates are eligible to receive 100% top-up of eligible earnings for the first 6 weeks, 75% for the next 6 weeks. Associates are also eligible to receive up to $5,000 reimbursement towards adoption related expenses.

    • Education Assistance

      Full-time associates can receive up to $5000 per calendar year for reimbursement of eligible tuition, book costs, and applicable fees.

    • Employee Assistance Program

      This voluntary, confidential, short-term support services program offers counseling and other services for a wide range of life experiences including expectant and new parents, legal questions, schooling and education, nutrition, eldercare and more.

    • Child/Family care

      The Back-Up Child Care Advantage Program and the Back-Up Family Care Advantage Program provide alternative care options during a lapse or breakdown in normal care arrangements for your children or other family members.

    • Perkopolis Discount Program

      This free and exclusive corporate discount program provides access to a variety of discounted products and services, including theatre and movie tickets, hotels and travel, retail shopping and much more.
