As a Product Manager at Capital One, you’ll join a team of dedicated problem solvers and outside-the-box thinkers. Principal Associate, Product Management

We’re all-in on the cloud and leaders in the adoption of open-source, RESTful APIs, microservices, and containers. We build our own products and release them with speed and agility.

As the Canada Correspondence Product Owner, you will own the technology for our written correspondence that reaches customers, which continues to evolve as we create new products and communications. You will work with your Canada-based technology team to enable the Canadian components of the composition system which generates written letters and statements to customers. You’ll define the future strategy for how these technologies impact Canadian cardholders and you will work with other teams to support paperless adoption, digital-first delivery, new communications, the future of the enterprise letter platform, and quality vendor execution for our physical printing. Day to day, you’ll lead the Agile working environment for the technology team and ensure effective story management and remove roadblocks and impediments to enable successful delivery of your strategy.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience

  • Experience successfully delivering a software product, or working in an Agile environment

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills; able to make data-driven decisions and provide recommendations to drive action

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering or relevant field

  • Proven leader, motivator, and effective decision maker with a detailed understanding of digital product management

Advanced Qualifications:

  • Experience working in online content publishing or content delivery

  • Experience working in financial services technology

  • Master’s degree in business, finance, or engineering
