Everything is about hands-on experimentation with real data and real customers. When our team isn't dreaming up innovative tech solutions, we're partnering with other Capital One teams to tackle their biggest challenges.
Our projects are at the intersection of data and digital experiences, so we're looking for people who see the potential in how data can be used to help our customers succeed. In the past, we have worked on testing new data products with customers, performing text analytics on customer comments and customizing experiences for cardholders travelling overseas.
Our work is used in the real world – it has a direct impact on our customers.
