About the Role
As a Senior Associate, Marketing, you will join the Performance Marketing team and be a part of a collaborative cross-functional team responsible for driving customer growth and efficiency across multiple acquisition channels including; Paid Email, Affiliates and, Direct Mail.
In this role, you will partner with leads across the business to shape strategies that drive growth, own end-to-end execution and manage an ongoing testing agenda. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies, bring a strong analytical mind-set and be relentlessly curious in how to unlock performance with creativity.
Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business partners (business analysts, creative, brand, digital properties etc. ) to plan, execute, and measure the performance of customer acquisition through our key performance channels; paid email, direct mail and affiliates
Analyze, interpret, and share campaign results, disseminate learnings, identify opportunities, and propose recommendations to improve future campaign performance to drive business growth and optimize media spend.
Champion performance across key performance channels, leveraging data, creative curiosity, insights, best practices, market trends, and competitive analysis, to identify and assess new opportunities for growth and efficiencies.
Act as a subject matter expert to business partners and stakeholders for thought leadership in acquisition channels.
Manage monthly reporting. Work with leads to establish the right metrics and KPIs to measure impact against business, creative and marketing objectives, improve storytelling with data, drive actionable insights and commentary.
Manage relationships with internal and external partners. Establish ways of working, pushing beyond the status quo, and ensuring accountability to get the most out of our partnerships.
Own creative development and implement iterative A/B testing to continually improve performance through optimized creative.
Track best practices, industry trends, and make proactive recommendations.
What we are looking for:
5+ years of experience in marketing related field
Equal parts left (analytical) and right brain (creative) thinking. You are a strategic thinker, ask probing questions, have a growth-oriented and innovation mindset, and want to do things differently in the name of learning.
You are comfortable working with data scientists and business analysts on measuring performance, understanding attribution, and you can combine this with experience to shape strategies.
You have strong communication skills and are able to synthesize complex information into crisp “so-what”s
You are a project management expert with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and stakeholders while staying on top of what matters the most.
You stay well-informed of competitors' activities and the ever-changing digital landscape to identify and recommend opportunities for improvement.
Banking industry understanding or experience is preferred, but is not required.
